Location: the hotel was near easy access to Banff, grocery stores and the business shops, and easy highway access. I loved the room with a view, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The rate was me$ 327.

Nice facilities. The condo is just a few minutes away from supermarkets and nice scenery of Canmore Town.
Everything was fine except we found the temperature inside high. It would be nicer to sleep in a colder temperature and enjoy the comfort of a blanket.

Staff / manager were very friendly and accommodating. I forgot to ask for a AAA discount when I made my booking online but the manager was very generous in giving it to me retroactively (at point of check-out). The suite was spacious and with 2 bathrooms / bedrooms a great deal for a family of 4. A hotel room is no comparison.
Everything was tops.

Staying here with my teenage kids was fantastic! We loved exploring the fine Canadian Rocky Mountains, and the spacious two-bedroom condo was perfect for our family. The outdoor pool was a hit with everyone, and having a fully equipped kitchen really helped with meal prep.
In my children's opinion, there should be more activities tailored for teens, like a game room or organized events.

The service was excellent!! The front desk was extremely helpful.
Intitally when we got there, we were given a very small cottage. Now i had already been to these lodges before and knew that there were bigger sizes and so i had to get a bigger one because i had 7 people with me.

great location but lacking attention to detail
The proximity to local amenities was excellent! We were just minutes away from shops and restaurants. The One-Bedroom Suite provided a comfortable space for our family with children, and the ease of check-in was a notable convenience that alleviated stress after travel.
Some minor maintenance issues diminished our overall experience.
